Designing together, producing better
We optimize geometries, materials and production cycles.
Our technical department works closely with the customer to analyze component feasibility, optimize shape and materials, and reduce costs and maintenance. We use modeling and simulation software such as VISI CAD and STAMPACK, and work with all major formats (DXF, IGES, STEP, JT Open…). The process complies with industry-required security standards, also thanks to TISAX certification.

Lifetime guaranteed dies
Designed and built in-house, carefully monitored, built to last.
Annually, we manufacture approximately 80 dies, guaranteed for life when used in-house. This allows us to ensure production continuity, flexibility and direct control over tool quality and maintenance. We produce both progressive and steps dies, customized according to customer specifications.

Cold stamping is our core business. We operate 35 presses from 16 to 400 tons, monitored through OEE systems for real-time data collection. We are able to stamp small and medium-sized components across a wide range of materials:
